I was very pleased with my services. They are professional stylists, the salon is clean and has a comfortable environment. They were able to replicate all of the hairstyles that I wanted. I rarely leave reviews, especially not to tear down a business, but this was an awful experience. I took time to write this review because I didn't want to be in my feelings, so here is the honest review from my appointment. It was terrible. I booked a simple silk press and it was not a pleasant experience. The shop could use some cleaning, but that was the least of the issue. The blow drying alone left me in pain and with heat damage. Between the heat and rough combing, I had to cut the experience short from the pain. My scalp was tender for days afterwards. I can admit that I am tender headed, but that does not negate the fact that the blow drying was heavy headed with a lot of pulling through my hair instead of coming out any tangles then blow drying.
