I loved Mrs. Lou Ann! She is so great at what she does and this was exactly what I asked for. Not only did she do a wonderful job, she has such a sweet spirit and I thoroughly enjoyed her doing my hair. I would definitely recommend this place.

If you have curly hair, definitely see Ashley!! She did amazing to my hair, and she put a lot of care into her work. She’s so nice and has a great vibe which makes you comfortable! I usually have a lot of trouble with finding stylists that know what to do with curly hair and I’m so glad I met her!!

I stopped in w/out an appointment to seek help detangling my wife's matted hair after an extended medical situation (5+ months). Lou Ann the owner asked if my wife could come by so she could assess the exact nature and the best way forward. We dropped in later w/out notice and Lou Ann and Ashley/stylist immediately helped. An opening was readily available, a solution was started w/in 10 minutes. Due to milestone event attendance timing deadlines, we were not able to totally detangle the mat. However, a reasonable solution to solve this 6+ month troublesome problem was achieved. Ashley applied gentle care and accommodating techniques to ensure my wife's comfort. She worked around challenging medical equipment requiring outside the box customer service skills. Lou Ann offered expert advice
