I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the lack of service I received on Friday, September 20. I had a scheduled appointment with Mike at 5:30 p.m., but he was nowhere to be found when I arrived. Another barber informed me that Mike had gotten sick and had to leave. While I completely understand that these things happen, it is absolutely unacceptable that I was not informed of this ahead of time. I wasted my time and effort coming in for an appointment that could have easily been rescheduled if I had been notified in advance. It’s frustrating and unprofessional.
