The Heat Lab Sauna

Had a bad headache all week and did a walk in for IV with a mix of vitamins. All of the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I felt better before my fluids were even done! I was able to lay back relax and felt like a new person when I left. Loved how fast and convenient the service was.

Public Warning – Poor Customer Service On January 10, 2025, I had an extremely negative experience with the Heat Lab in Prince Frederick, MD. As a new customer, I called to ask about a membership charge and simply wanted clarification. Instead, the owner, Erin, became impatient, raised her voice, and abruptly ended the call without resolving my questions. My veteran spouse visited the location to calmly address the issue. However, local Police were present, and Erin continued to behave unprofessionally, refusing to provide written information about the charges and stating she was not required to do so. I’ve been here 3 times for IV Therapy and after each visit, I leave more and more impressed with this place! The entire team couldn’t be any friendlier and the services are effective and fairly priced. The facility is comfortable and clean. Even with a poor diet, an high stress job and the fact that 90% of my daily liquid intake consists of black coffee, this place and their IV offerings keeps me feeling good for a few weeks at a time! I highly recommend treating yourself to atleast one of their services!

My wife got me a membership for the sauna here. Definitely want to use it more but I definitely feel better afterwards. The place is clean and seems ready for me to drop by as I get time to. She liked the cold plunge but I definitely want the heat. Staff is friendly and I don't feel pushed to do more than just the sauna (an issue with a lot of gyms and fitness places).

The Heat Lab is a much needed addition to Southern Maryland. I went in on Thursday for a contrast therapy session. Jake was very knowledgeable about both the benefits of the therapy and tips on how to get through my first cold plunge. I went back on Sunday for an IV Immunity infusion and Jen was wonderful. She asked about my goals for the infusion and made sure all my questions were answered before beginning. Both of my services went well above my expectations!
