I scheduled a 9:30 AM appointment after seeing several TikToks online and noticing that most reviews were fairly positive. I chose the Fredericksburg location because I was nearby at the time. The Good: I was greeted immediately upon entering and was quickly taken to the treatment room. The establishment was very clean and tidy. Before starting, the staff confirmed the service I had booked (Luxe Full Body Treatment). The attendant was very sweet and attentive she even offered extra blankets when she noticed I was cold. The massage did last the full hour, and she checked multiple times to ensure the pressure was comfortable, which I appreciated. Fantastic experience here on Friday! Got the Luxe Full Body Treatment with Mina and Minnie. 10/10!!! Would give more stars if I could. The massage was the best I’ve had in the area. Super thorough and very attentive to pressures and certain areas. Relaxing environment and music. Got the full body massage first and then the premium head spa treatment. I was wondering if I had ever properly cleaned my scalp by the time I left there haha. Scrubbed and multiple treatments and rinses and soaks and another deep massage on shoulders and neck and chest. Can not reccomend enough!

I got the luxe treatment. 1hr full body massage and 1 hr scalp treatment. It was magnificent! The service was amazing, Minnie took amazing care of me. The ONLY downside is that they weren't super transparent about their tipping policy. When you pay online it automatically charges a tip so I thought I was all set, but when I checked out I was told because it was a 2hr service I HAVE to tip $30. I have no problem tipping at all inclusive just wish that was clearer on the website so I was prepared.

This was the most euphoric experience!!!!!!! You know when you go to a good salon and they wash your hair and give you a 30 second head massage…..it’s that but like…. SO….MUCH…..MORE! The spa was extremely clean, the staff were very friendly, polite and skilled. I had a migraine on and off for 2 days. And it’s now gone! Which if you get migraines you know that feeling when it slowly fades away…I got that within 5 minutes. You will experience the good chills, goosebumps, and your eyes will probably roll to the back of your head with the shear delight of relaxation. This is now worked into my budget so I can go once a month. My hair felt so clean, my scalp felt fresh and renewed. Run to this place and give them all your money bc it is that good.

I had the combo scalp treatment and massage. Mini worked magic on my shoulder and upper back, I made much better range of motion and flexibility! The scalp treatment was also heavenly and relieved my itchy winter skin. They asked about drying my hair and I said yes, please note, this is not a salon, so its a basic pseudo blow dry, but appreciated it since it was very cold outside. I absolutely recommend The Head Space and will be back!!
