She thoroughly explains the process, what to expect, possible regrowth, and follow-ups, so you feel completely informed and comfortable. She’s warm, meticulous, and truly focused on getting every possible hair while making you feel confident and cared for. I highly recommend her!

Had my first lash-lift and brow shape/tint with Jo. The experience was wonderful. She walks you through each step during the lash-lift, which I was very pleased with. I have a hard time curling my lashes and this was the perfect solution. Jo also did an excellent job shaping my brows and getting the right color brow tint. I will be returning for more services.
