Illusions

I went in with very dark hair color. I expressed how I don’t like to see my gray around my hairline. She did overall highlights and she stated that she would go in and touch up the roots. The roots were not touched up and I had to go back a second time. I waned to get a straight bottom haircut to my last layer and it was all uneven. I wasn’t told the price till after the service and she said it was a color correction for $ 375. Not sure how highlights is considered a color correction.

I’ve been searching for a great salon in Berkeley county since I moved here three years ago…and I’ve finally found it! Rachel did a fantastic job, I can’t recommend her enough. I have been painstakingly growing out an undercut, and she blended all the different lengths of my hair together seamlessly. I’ll definitely be going back!

Piper was my stylist. In all my years and the different places I've lived, I have never had an experience with a stylist like what just happened. I went in there expecting to get a haircut because I haven't had one in a year or so. Piper looked over my hair and told me my hair was in good shape not many split ends or damage. I didnt need a hair cut. We moved past that and I spoke with her about my desire to maybe add some "not so conventional color" to my hair. She listened to what I was trying to say and made some really good suggestions for me to think about. Then we moved onto waxing my eyebrows... again, I've been able to maintain them well without waxing. She didnt just do it, she cleaned up what was there and did a phenomenal job. I am blown away by this young lady. Like i originally

Do not trust this salon with your hair. What they called a balayage completely ruined mine. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Amazing my girlfriend went here today after having a bad experience from a different salon. & I just got home from work and am seeing it for the first time in person. I love it so much & I love that my girlfriend is extremely happy with the results. Breigh did an outstanding job. I am thankful for the very reasonable pricing & quality service that was given.
