From my very first appointment, she approached my hair with incredible care, knowledge, and professionalism. She cut and styled my hair using high-quality professional products, and I saw noticeable improvements in both texture and length within the first month alone. I love this shop! I was looking for a natural hair shop in Fredericksburg and they had great reviews so I gave them a try! The shop is so cute when you walk in and you’re greeted promptly every time. Today was my second visit and I had the new client package. Ruby was so professional and personable and gave me exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend her if you want a stylist who cares about the health of your hair and who wants to make you feel good about yourself!

Ok ok ok Treya is awesome! Ive gotta so many complements on my hair today (day 2) its insane! I woke up and my hair looked exactly the same way it did after i walked out the shop! She provided outstanding service and great advice on how to maintain my hair on my own in-between appts. Next appointment already schedule for Dec! This was my first visit to Haven and im so happy I found a salon in Fredericksburg that caters to natural hair!

I’m grateful for my experience with Treya. I got a wash, blowout, trim, and flat iron press. She was on time, always asked about how the process was affecting me (was the water ok, was the scrubbing during the wash ok, etc). I was in and out in a timely fashion. The owner was the first to greet me when I first got to the salon, and she offered me water as I sat and listened to encouraging music. They are very professional at “The Haven” and they have a welcoming atmosphere. I was pleased with my hair and I have already booked my next appointment. Book with them soon.

I highly do not recommend; I wish I could give 0 stars. Extremely overpriced services that don't actually do anything good for your natural hair unless you want to keep spending excessive amounts of money to go bald. They call themselves experts, but they really aren't. You'd better come early and with your hair precisely the way they want to start it, or they'll charge you and refuse to serve you. Your time and money are better elsewhere. They are just in it for the money.
