Customer Reviews
I've been to the Harbor multiple times and have always had an amazing experience! The salon is filled with such talented hair stylists. Personally I have had work done from Melanie, Ali and just recently Mindy! All of these ladies are absolutely amazing.
Not gonna lie, I’ve been to different salons and I have to pretend that I like how my hair turned out. I have NEVER had to pretend at this salon. I go in with 10000% confidence that I’m going to LOVE the end result, whatever that may be. There’s always a friendly face saying “hi” when you walk in (then they offer me a drink which is a plus). I go to Delaney every 8-10 weeks. She’s my favorite, but every time I’m there, all the hairstylists have great results too! I recommend this salon to all my girlfriends.
Brian Borg is a total pro and truly one of the best in the game. I always walk out of The Harbor feeling confident and refreshed — his cuts are precise, effortless, and tailored to you. He has an incredible eye and somehow just gets it every time. On top of being insanely talented, Brian’s also kind, grounded, and makes the whole experience easy and enjoyable. If you’re in LA and looking for a stylist who can consistently deliver great hair in a relaxed, stylish space — Brian’s your guy.
I visited on July 1 for an extension removal and highlight and was quoted $365 at my consult for the color service and $100 for extension removal. My stylist was wonderful, did a beautiful job on my hair, was super sweet, and took her time. However, I ended up being at the salon for 7.5 hours, 3 hours longer than scheduled, which I did not plan for. At checkout, I was charged $450 for the color and an unexpected $125 for a haircut and styling that I never asked for, bringing my total to $675 before tip ($797 with tip), far higher than the quoted total of $465. At my consultation, I explicitly asked to leave the salon with wet, unstyled hair to avoid a styling fee so I was under the impression that the styling was free of charge (since she was shooting Instagram content). I’ve already call
I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience with Sky! She gave me the best haircut of my life—I left feeling like a whole new person. Sky didn’t just transform my hair; she transformed my energy. From the moment I sat in her chair, she was so supportive and made me feel completely at ease. Her attention to detail and care throughout the entire process were unmatched, and her positive energy was contagious. This wasn’t just a haircut—it was an experience. I felt an incredible sense of release, like an energetic clearing that I didn’t even know I needed. I’m so grateful for Sky’s talent, kindness, and ability to make me feel amazing inside and out. I can’t recommend her enough!
