The Hand & Foot Spa Nails

I thought I’d try a new place after moving to the area but was honestly very disappointed. High price for poor quality. I got my gel x set done three days ago and one of my nails popped off today. I would’ve had better luck going to ulta and buying press ons. It took two people to do my set and over two hours. Nail prep was quick and poor application obviously. My gel x sets normally last at least two weeks. Polish is already chipping some how. I will say they ladies were nice but just not a good first experience for me.

A few of my friends recommended this spa a couple of months ago, and today I finally booked an appointment to see what all the fuss was about. This salon is absolutely beautiful, it's spotless, well-organized, and elegantly designed. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and very professional, which made the whole experience memorable. So I made an appointment for the Japanese Head Spa that everyone was talking about, and it was awesome! I feel so relaxed and refreshed. It was 80 minutes or pure joy. It's definitely the perfect compliment to anyone's self-care routine and I highly recommend it! Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I look forward to returning very soon.

I booked an appointment for a gel manicure with Pink a week ahead of time and when I got there for my appointment Ari another tech told me that Pink is not here to do my nails and she is unsure if she is come back today. The problem I have is no one called me ahead of time to inform me that she was not there. I know emergencies happen but this was the second time something like this happened at the nail salon. They need to communicate with the customer if there is an emergency and give us the option to cancel or reschedule prior to showing up at the appointment. I will not be going back there anymore.

I did want a very basic service. My toe nails cut and my hands to get a basic manicure are my cuticles were peeling and had a few hang nails. Well my feet came out fine but the tech cut my right thumb cuticles too much and I bled for 20mins. On top of that they over changed me by $10 and instead of refunding it back to my card or offering me cash they gave me a $10 gift certificate as if after making me bleed I would want to come back.
