Saw the walk in sign and was able to get helped right away, but then the lady was pretty rude. I'm a guy and it's not always easy for me to describe what I want but most other places pick up pretty quickly what I'd like or something close enough. Anyway, she barely took any hair off, didn't listen to what i wanted ( my hair basically looks the same) and then charged me $35. (Again BARELY took any hair off) I don't recommend.

New in town, it's not easy to find the right hair stylist suddenly. Surprisingly, I was able to find Beatris. She did an amazing job on fixing up my hair. I will definitely come back, she is a keeper forever. I highly recommend her!

Tried to color my hair at home and it turned into a fiasco. Went way too dark then did a bleach kit and tried to tone it after. Ended up with brassy yellow-orange hair. I walked in and Elva greeted me and worked me into her schedule. She did a color deposit with the lowest developer possible to avoid further hair damage and also did a hair mask to help restore & hydrate. I came out a nice medium strawberry blonde which is what I was aiming for in the first place. The atmosphere in there is also very nice and professional. Highly recommend!

after going to a different salon and getting my hair messed up and turned orange- i called the hair works the next morning to see if someone could help me. as it was a sunday, i wasn’t expecting anyone to be able to fit me in but they gave me an appointment within an hour. as my hair was VERY messed up (i had paid $200 the night before for a highlight touchup at a different salon and left with solid, bright orange roots) i assumed it would be a long, expensive process. not only did they completely fix my hair and gave me exactly what i wanted in the first place, they charged me half the price i had expected (i think it was $110 for a complete color correction with highlights, bleach, color, and 2 toners)!! absolutely love them and they were all so nice and explained what they were doing to

I had such a wonderful experience at The Hair Works! I impulsively decided to cut my hair short & highlight it so a friend recommended this place. I was really nervous because I had never had my hair this short or had it colored and she exceeded all my expectations! I had never got more compliments on a hair cut!
