Chico S.I. - Structural Integration

I was referred to Cara this last year to help with issues I was having with a knee. She made a full assessment of my posture and how I was using my body in space. I went through a full series of 10 sessions where she integrated my entire body to help relieve stress in several areas. I found her very thorough and quite gentle. I'm very happy with the results and highly recommend the therapy Cara provides. The studio is clean and very comfortable. Anyone seeking long lasting results will find Cara can provide those results. Cara was recommended to me by my Pilates instructor. I had spent years struggling with SI, hip, and lower back pain, which I believed to be due to either a leg length discrepancy or a (not so great) knee replacement. I went in with an open mind, not really knowing what to expect– my only experience with rolfing was years ago and quite painful. Well, this was something completely different. Not only pain free (98% of the time!), but actually relaxing. It was immediately clear that this was going to be different than any of the many practitioners have been to in the past.
