My fourth try in town for a quality haircut and I finally found it! I don't judge my haircuts on how they look when I walk out of the salon, but whether or not I can make it look nice on my own, on my schedule. Owner and stylist Mitzi grasped what I wanted and knew how to cut my wavy hair for a wash and wear cut. She has high standards, a great work ethic, and I will be returning to her shop. Make an appointment, though : the door says walk-ins welcome, but she's currently running the shop by herself.

Mitzi did a wonderful job correcting a terrible cut from another stylist. She was able to work a miracle with blending the previous cut and now I can go in public with confidence! Very thankful that I trusted Mitzi with my hair. She’s great!

The ladies are so friendly and professional! They make you feel like one of the family. I moved to town a few months ago and was referred to Mitzi and she got in me in the same day! I needed a trim badly and she did a totally awesome job! I went back a few weeks later for highlights and totally loved the work she did. I strongly recommend The Hair Place if you are new to town or just visiting and need a quick trim or updo or whatever or looking for a new hairdresser.

I've found my new best friend in Stylist/Owner Mitzie! Gifted, knowledgeable, excellent, friendly and encouraging. It has been 3 years since I had a haircut. After moving from NY and going to the same place for 15 years I was nervous. I walked in and was greeted by the friendliest owner "Mitzi". I love what she did, she knows what she is doing. I would highly recommend going!
