Shauna is very talented and attentive at her craft. She noticed a lot of build up on my hair and took the time to treat it, talk things that might be contributing to it, and show me what it looks like on an individual hair. I also have very fine hair and the framing and layers can look very blunt on the ends if not cut properly. She knew all the techniques to prevent this from happening. Anything I communicated to her to fixed exactly how I asked her to.

I never leave reviews, but I’m super disappointed. She cancelled on me the day of twice. Once just a half hour before. I would not book with her if you need your hair done the day you schedule it. She was super apologetic and offer to rebook me again, but I couldn’t trust she’d get me in. I’d recommend that she only post openings she is committed to showing for and only cancel if completely necessary. Cancelling over period cramps and Covid exposure in 2025 for someone who is banking on your service is wild.

Shauna has a very positive and professional manner and it is clear she really cares about her clients and her craft. I especially love the cold water rinse after shampoo. Don't be put off if she has to reschedule - she is worth the wait!
