I have been seeing Shore for 8 years now for cezanne keratin and am absolutely a lifetime customer! Not only is Shore incredibly friendly, caring and thoughtful as a person - but she is also the most talented hair professional with consistently good results. After many years of consistent treatments my hair is super healthy and manageable. She does not skimp on product and genuinely cares about her customers. After many years of visits she is now more of a friend than hair stylist! Many friends and family members are now customers too and we all have nothing but good things to say. 10/10 recommend to anyone considering!

I was a loyal customer for almost 2 years but last time I came, I got burns on my face around my hair line. I pointed them out to Shore at the salon and she told me not to worry about it, it was just sensitive from the product. I followed up because it was an actual burn (in FOUR places) and she was very apologetic, and got me a refund when I asked. A few months later I reached out to make an appointment, assuming the last time was just an accident. Shore called me and gaslit me saying I have to give her back the money from my last appointment because “the hair was good” ..even though I was burned!! And she said that she “told me so” that the burn would go away…as if it wasn’t a big deal. Then She told me it was MY fault I didn’t drink enough water maybe on that day. Needless to say I di

She took her time with my color, cut, and overall styling, and made sure every detail was perfect. She even used a straightener technique that left my hair sleek, smooth, and looking like it will stay flawless for months. Exactly what I needed. She is professional, patient, and extremely skilled. My hair feels healthier, looks beautifully even, and the color came out rich and vibrant. The whole service was done with care and precision. Natasha truly exceeded my expectations. I’ve done Cezanne with Shore three times now and will never stop coming back! It’s completely changed my hair and allowed me to stop using any heat on it at all between appointments. It’s the perfect smoothing treatment for those with frizzy, curly hair. My hair is still wavy but looks so much more polished and healthy now. I’ve already sent my sister here who felt the same, and have recommended to all of my friends.
