My 2 friends and I would literally go very early before Luz opens the salon because she has many clients! She is that good!! (Sometimes there was a small line outside). Luz is excellent dominican stylist, would highly recommend! Too bad I moved to Florida but if I visit NY again, this is my salon to go..
