Wife showed up for her appointment to find that they had scheduled her for the wrong YEAR! (one year out). Inexcusable. Then they couldn't get her in for another three weeks. They post that it's a $50 charge of you're a no show or cancel late, but only give you a lame apology if they wreck YOUR schedule!

I've always had a good experience at Ten Salon, but Jessica Sue is my favorite. I've never had a better stylist. She always listens to what I want, has great ideas and advice, and does an amazing cut and color on my hair.

Great place for men's and women's haircuts. They also do spa treatments, hair color and silks. Love the hot hand dips and neck massage that comes with the cut. Also they have a range of pricing to fit many budgets. Stylists are pleasant, and the shop is spotlessly clean. Excellent customer service by the front end staff
