Ja ‘Red has been awesome!! I started seeing him three months ago after moving to a new location. He has helped tremendously with my back especially since I have had two compression fractures. Before the muscular realignment massages, my back would easily have spasms. Then it was necessary to come out of retirement to where I now have to lift 50-70# during my 10 hr shifts. Since receiving these treatments, my back is tired after my shift but I have not had any spams!! Such a huge improvement overall!! Thank you Ja ‘Red! Highly recommend this specialized service.

I was given a 90 minute massage session as a birthday gift and I was very impressed by Ja’Red’s knowledge of the anatomy and physiology of a body. He was able to find and loosen spots on my body that I wasn’t even aware were hurting. At the end of our visit he explained the reason for the various painful spots and offered recommendations on how I could help myself at home. I would highly recommend visiting him.

I’m also trained in bodywork modalities myself, so I do not say the following lightly: Ja’Red is one of the most skilled, intuitive, effective practitioners I’ve ever met. My session was *work* but the best kind. I left renewed, and feeling my muscles releasing tears of tension in just one session. Finding myself in need of a new massage therapist, I went through a few (who were great in their own right but not exactly what I was looking for) before I booked with Ja’Red. My search is over.
