Black owned beauty supply stores make me feel happy during and after the shopping experience. It was so refreshing to ask and actually receive HELP versus Suspicious stares from someone who truly understands "our" hair type. I was there to pick up some braiding hair. They had lots of colors and lengths available. The young lady knew "exactly" what I needed. They had all of the products I use. I would have given them 5 stars if they improve on the organization of the store. Overall, it was the Culturally Sensitive and Great customer service that will keep me coming back.

Disappointed. I’ve literally been coming to the store since they opened, as a stylist! I’ve worked for the company and worked hard! I love supporting my black businesses, however the customer appreciation at this time isn’t up to its normal standard. I’ve been in the store several times and have been cleared by the owners father for me to use my 10% discount continuously. Now when I come it’s one in particular person who always wants to be combative with me regarding my discount. I’m only doing the review because of my experience right now. I was literally in the store at 12pm and received my discount and had to return before closing for more products. The woman this afternoon is always so sweet and she is aware that Mr. Jones has cleared me for my discount. The lady this evening has also

This place is amazing. Very helpful. They had a lot of supplies and the woman who worked there was super knowledgeable. Thank you for helping my daughter and I pick out some hair care products.

I absolutely love this place. They carry the products i love and they're helpful! The people are great, if they don't have something you're looking for, let them know and they'll get it. They're a new business so bare that in mind but their prices are fair and they're black owned.
