I saw a negative review for Sara Coulter and just had to come back and give my two cents. I’ve been coming to see Sara since she was in cosmetology school and I too booked off of a Facebook post. And holy cowwww I am so glad I did. My hair was beyond damaged at my first appointment — 3 different levels of color, dry, brittle, and shedding due to post-covid related hair loss — but in the last year and a half, Sara has helped get my hair healthy and help restore my confidence. I found Mckenzie through Instagram because she was promoting her services as a curly hair specialist. I took my son and she did a great job giving him a curly cut. I later scheduled an appointment for myself for a color and highlights which also turned out great! She's very knowledgeable, takes time to listen and look at inspiration pictures and then delivers on the results!

I asked around about several salons and to be fain, no on recommended The Ginger Salon. That is not to say anything positive or negative but that there were other on salons recommended. I had wanted to try this on. I originally tried the owner, Heather, who was nice and did a lovely job. I had made another future appointment and had someone call me from her salon saying suddenly her prices jumped to $400 for a cut and color! Yet on the website, nor when asked later, I learned that to be false. I am not a fan of lying so an open and honest answer would have been appreciated. Then I tried a few other stylists there and wound up with Mackenzie/Kenzie Jacobs. She was very sweet. It took awhile for us to find our balance. I brought my teenager in and she had a similar issue. Do not use SARA COULTER at GINGER SALON IN FAYETTEVILLE, AR!!!!!! It was a nightmare! Let me just save you a headache! She’s unprofessional and needs more training! Or maybe some more schooling would help her! Customers especially don’t go to her if you want blonde in your hair!!! I highly recommend to go to somebody else that is a true expert in doing blonde! To many other salons out there! I’m pretty sure she said she only been doing hair since 2023! I found her on a facebook post! NEVER AGAIN!!!! JUST LOOK AT THE PHOTOS AND MESSAGES!
