Unprofessional! Spoke with Ink on the phone requesting an appointment. He then sends me a link to book said appointment for 10am this morning. My appointment was booked & even confirmed.I arrived in a timely manner and Ink was not present. I waited 15 minutes. Still no show. The Barber present in the shop instruct me he tends to run late so u should call. I called and got no answer. The barber then called & told him I was waiting. I’m not sure what was said on the other end of that call but the barber said to me he’s coming. Waited some more & still no show. As I was getting ready to leave it was then u was being handed a phone. Ridiculous! Respect people time or simple cancel before a new client shows up waiting .

Best barbershop in Ann Arbor for Black people. I primarily get my haircut by Ink. Ink is good at everything including bald fades, burst fades, and designs. He also LISTENS to exactly what the customer wants and makes sure you exactly what you asked. Lastly, and probably most importantly, he DOES NOT push your hairline back, which is common amongst barbers that cut Black people hair. I highly recommend him and have been getting my hair cut by him since moving to Ann Arbor.
