I have gone to this place several times now and I had issues every single time. Either the nails were not the correct shape, Not painted correctly or actually cut me. The one time I went in, they do these complementary shoulder Massages which they do not tell you about. I do not like people touching me so it already freaked me out. She stained my limited edition jacket with the oil in her hands. But even after that, I went back one more time with my mother and got my nails. I got Ceci From the minute, I sat in that chair she was pissed off. I was there. I said hello and she gave me the worst attitude. She only gave me one set of nail polish to choose from Which I know from experience, there are multiple so I asked her for more which she huffed and grabbed me one additional one I told her

I have been coming to this salon for about 4 years and it is outstanding. I don’t trust anyone else with my nails anymore. I recommend making an appointment in advance (especially if you would like designs), but walk-ins are usually easily accommodated. I get a color gel manicure with a design every three weeks, and my natural nails are long and strong - no extensions needed. Their regular pedicure is far better than any standard pedicure I’ve received - it includes 10 mins of massage, hot stone, and paraffin wax. I usually get the Sunshine Spa pedicure because it includes extra massage time, keratin hand gloves, callus removal, and it just smells amazing. The salon is visibly clean, processes and tools all seem very safe and sanitary. Can’t recommend this salon enough.

Do not recommend for gel or gel removal. I got a gel manicure before my sister’s wedding - it looked good and lasted awhile, but the manicurist used an electric filer on my nails beforehand to prepare my nail surface, so I knew my nail quality was shot. When I went to have it removed and have a regular manicure, that manicurist used the electric file to remove it (previously I’ve always had an acetone removal), and filed THROUGH MY NAIL into the nail bed. It’s a few days later and I removed the regular manicure because it was already chipping, and my nails are totally ruined. It’s going to take at least 6 months before they’re grown out and good again. And I am hoping that my nail bed wasn’t permanently damaged by the filing through the nail. I’m upset because I’ve been coming for occasion

Just spent 80 (minus the tip) for bubbles and divets all over my nails. Too scared to tell the woman doing them bc it’s so hostile here. Not sure I can ever go back after being so blatantly ripped off. So sad, this used to be my favorite spot.everyone is so stressed there and it is reflected in the poor consistency.
