Seed and Soothe Holistic Studio

I had such a great experience at Seed & Soothe in Madison! My massage therapist, Lilly, was incredibly sweet and actually listened when I said my lower back and neck were a full-on stress storage unit. She focused exactly where I needed it, and I left feeling like a new (much less tense) human. I had to cancel my original appointment—because, life—and rescheduling was super easy. They were so kind about it, which I really appreciated. The space is gorgeous, too. Not clinical at all—more like walking into a cozy, dreamy hideaway. And unlike some places where you get the “in, out, next!” vibe, I never felt rushed. Everything felt calm, intentional, and genuinely caring. I had the sculpting face massage with Lily -- it was excellent! I have TMJ so this treatment was an incredible release for my tension. Gua Sha, lymphatic drainage, and masseter massage were used. Highly recommend! I also enjoyed my experience with Lily as she was kind and knowledgeable. Finally, the product was really nice. It's made in-house by the owners and everything felt clean and relaxing, This was my first time at Seed and Soothe and I'll definitely be back!

Had been meaning to try a massage at this studio, and finally got an opportunity. My massage with Lilly was so different from any other massage I’ve had before, in the best way. She identified where I needed the most attention (beyond what I said on my form intake) and was so thoughtful in talking me through breath work when we got to my problem areas to minimize any discomfort. Great holistic studio run by great local people!

So happy I found Seed and Soothe. While I've tried out may places. Lilly is so amazing not only are her techniques amazing she explains what she is doing and how the muscles interact. The best massage I've had and I leave a different person. I will only go here from now on.

I love this place so much! Jamie and Lily are incredible. Jamie provides the most soothing and helpful full body massage, and Lily’s face massage was lovely. Don’t sleep on this gem!
