The Farmhouse Luxury Salon

I’ve been coming to the Farm House Salon for years, so this review is well over due. For me, there’s only one place I want to get my hair cut and colored, and it’s here. I don’t even live in Durango anymore. I grew up here and only get my hair done when I come back to visit family. I’ve tried other salons, but what makes the Farm House so special is McKenna. There are few places where I feel as safe and as seen as when I’m in her chair. I’m a person that thrives on having control. But at this point when I come in I tell her she can do whatever she thinks will look good. She can chop it all off. She can dye it. She can give me bangs — and I always love the results. I am a proud patron of the Farmhouse Salon since day one of opening. Mckenna is a hair magician and I have always left feeling my best self. Not only does the Farmhouse turn out 5 star hair but there is always smiling faces coming in and out with a friendly atmosphere to be enjoyed while you’re there. I recommend the Farmhouse to anyone and everyone that will listen, run don’t walk.

McKenna is exceptional at what she does! So easy to be around, talented, and has a great eye for what hairstyle will best suit your life. I absolutely LOVE Farmhouse Salon! She helped me donate my long hair and I left with a very fun short hairdo that I love!

The Farmhouse is hands down the most amazing, welcoming, comfortable and professional salon. I’ve had many stylists that I thought were pretty decent, until I started going to The Farmhouse. Every hair and make up dream I’ve ever had has come true thanks to McKenna. I felt like the most beautiful bride on my wedding day with the best make up and hair. I continue to schedule hair appointments regularly so I can feel like a queen when I’m in the salon; these gals are the kindest stylists you’ll ever meet and I will NEVER go anywhere else for any hair or make up need.

I had an awesome experience working with McKenna and her team for my wedding hair and makeup. She is very thoughtful and worked with me through a couple trials so that my hair and makeup completely matched my vision on my wedding day. My bridesmaids and the moms looked great as well.
