Good haircuts, awful service. There is a reason this place is one of the lowest rated barbershops in the area. Been coming in as a walk in to this barbershop for the last 2-3 years. I get a haircut every quarter or so - this will be my last one here. Sad as I was hoping to support a local business. Over the last few quarters service has gotten worse. Recent visit was the last visit. I walk in and no one acknowledges that I’m there. Sit for an hour. Guy is cutting the same persons hair for over an hour (he basically has no hair I have no idea what he was cutting). Totally get being a walk in and not being scheduled, but the lack of acknowledgement, communication, and general speed of the place makes this a no in my book going forward. Great haircuts, disappointing service. I’ve had two great haircuts from this place and was excited that I had found a barber that I could consistently go to. But over the past month I’ve had a barber no show on me which I understand can happen, but then when I scheduled a follow up appointment I had the same barber reschedule me twice, the second time only hours before my appointment was supposed to happen. This lack of reliability really makes me struggle recommending this barbershop to others.

Reny was my barber and did a great job. Best haircut I’ve gotten in a long time. He took his time and didn’t rush. Highly recommend !!!

The disrespect is insane here. Booked an appointment at 6. They rescheduled it for 6:30. Walked in and got zero acknowledgement. Walked out at 7pm still no acknowledgement. Hope they go out of business.
