I went to this nail salon for the first time on Saturday around 5 PM as a walk-in, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. My manicure turned out terribly. The paint job was extremely thick and uneven, and one of my nails ended up cracking — and it was my natural nail, not an extension.I went with my sister, and her experience wasn’t any better. She actually had to go back on Sunday to have her manicure fixed because it was done so poorly the first time. It may have been because it was close to closing time and everyone was tired, but regardless, the quality of work was unacceptable. The artistry was terrible, and I left very unhappy with the results. Since it was my first time there and the experience was so bad, I definitely will not be going back or recommending this

emily did an outstanding job on my nails! my usual salon was not available for almost an entire week so my nails were in pretty rough shape. emily was very thorough and noticed all the tiny details. she was so friendly and we had great conversation. 10/10 one of the best nail experiences i've ever had. I got a gel manicure on top of builder gel and im so pleased with every last bit of it. even better, this shop is a lot closer than the shop i was going to so I will definitely be back

The BEST ever! Gorgeous spa, excellent service. KIM is one awesome nail artist. Her massage was amazing. Beautiful attention to detail. The service exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend a luxury pedicure. It’s a VIBE ✨

Legitimately the best experience I’ve had at a nail salon ever. I’ve been getting my nails done since I was 16 and I’m 34. Tina was incredibly warm and has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a nail salon. Kaylee did my nails and was very sweet and skilled. I am highly impressed and I will absolutely be back. I will leave an update once I get a couple of fills but I think I have found my new nail salon!! I’m a very loyal customer so this makes me so excited. She executed my nails with precision and cleanliness and skill and I’m so overly satisfied with my experience. After recently having a horrible experience at another nail salon, this was the opposite environment and was so lovely and comfortable and warm. I look forward to coming back! 💖💖

The salon is really great, clean and so spacious but really this message is an appreciation post for Ellie! Ellie, thank you so much for making my dream nails come true!!! You were sooo patient, Soo attentive to details and they turned out amazing. What a true skillful artist you are! I would recommend you to everyone I know is coming to Seattle! Thanks again soooo much!!!!! I cannot believe these are my nails! 💕💕💕
