Basically everyone in Athens knows that I live for my brothers…. This man right here gave my younger brother not just a cut… but a new attitude.. a new sense of trust..a new portrait of himself..confidence I won’t say he needed but… Not only did JMR use such patience with me and my brothers schedule he also reassured me as the older sister that he was in the best hands. I’m fully aware to some a hair cut is a simple 15 minute step taken to looking better… but this guy went above and beyond to show just how much love he puts into his work and clients. He updated me after he was done uplifting my brother for the better. This is not just a place that “does hair” this is a place I’ll never forget or change up on. Stopped into The Fade Area for the first time, and I’m glad I did. Joe gave me a great cut—super friendly, easy to talk to, and takes pride in his work. Robbie, who runs Robbie’s Cuts next to him, is just as skilled. Laid-back vibe, quality cuts, and great local barbers. I’ll definitely be back!

Joe is easily the best barber in town. He’s reliable, trust worthy, and always gets you looking just how you want to. Been going to him for years now and wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else. Don’t waste time looking at any other places except here.
