Beautiful building with lots of character- it’s got the best modern look and also old school Portland charm. I rented Suite 200 for a music video shoot. The Factory was great to work with. One of the people in our crew had also been here for a party 😂. Small world. Great space, Suite 200 is huge and would be awesome for parties, events, or photo / video shoots. Decently priced. Modern amenities. 10/10 will be renting from them again. Big thanks!
The Factor cancelled my order twice. They agreed to refund my money but did not refund all charges. I called customer service several times but either no answer or was disconnected. American Express will take care of the issue. Not Recommended!!!
The Banksyland Exhibit was phenomenal. Beautifully curated expressions and interpretation of his art.
Owner of the building is a nice guy and has done a great job at renovating the space.
