The Evolution of Style

He gets a one for product service via USPS. I ordered shampoo, conditioner, rose water and oil. The rose water entire contents spilled. The packaging wasn't up to par. It should be in a ziplock and a box 📦 I loved watching his videos. Trying to support black and they aren't ready. There's no where to contact him on the website. I reached out where I found him no response. I can't risk making the trip to get loc service. Update: I didn't call you to get it and if I saw an email I would have used it. Thanks for your sorry ssa response. Tracking in your face. Your site should have a contact us section. Strange. Ghetto bye.

I traveled from Arkansas to Houston to get a re-twist done professionally. I originally scheduled an appointment with Damian, but he had a family emergency so he had to cancel the night before my appointment. I had already traveled hours, so they rescheduled me with another stylist. My hair was rushed and looks TERRIBLE. Hair already needs a re-twist, and I just paid $70 to get it done yesterday (IMAGES BELOW are from the same day of re-twist). FIRST AND LAST TIME COMING HERE!!!!!!!

So...I'm sitting outside on the floor waiting for someone, anyone to arrive for my 9AM appointment (its now 9:31), that I scheduled a month ago. I have a very important event to attend today and while I was sitting here I checked the reviews for the first time. I've been coming to Damian for 4 years and since the move from the True Perfection salon I don't feel cared for at all anymore by my stylist. Now I have to reschedule my event, try to retwist my own hair, and find a new loctician, cause after reading the reviews, I know damn well I'm not getting my money back for my deposit. This is heartbreaking. Didn't think this would happen to me but guess what. It did.

I only give 1 star because I can't leave 0. I arrived on time but the person was working on someone else's hair. I waited 30 minutes until he touched my hair. Started washing while handling the other client. He left me with shampoo on for 30 minutes. When I called him about my time he said I needed to reschedule. Extremely disrespectful people's time. I will never be back. If you are considering this place, be ready to wait and have your time shared with someone else.

There is no other stylist that I let in my hair. I have been going to Damian for years, and have always had a good experience. Damian is knowledgeable and skilled. He focuses on hair and scalp health and maintaining healthy hair. I highly recommend.
