The Establishment Salon - ✂

This was my first time at the salon and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! After years of highlighting and experimenting with various shades of red, I was ready to return to a color closer to my natural base. Francesca expertly toned down the copper and created an elevated, yet perfectly low-maintenance look. The salon itself was welcoming and nice. Plus you can go grab a coffee from Makisupa next door while you wait for the color treatments to set. I will be back!

Newly obsessed. Got an awesome cut and a few days later a fabulous facial. Bonus, I got the dragon tacos and a latte on my way out from the coffee shop at the front. This place is so solid and feels like real community.

Had my first appointment with Francesca and am super pleased with the results! I explained what I was looking to get done, showed her a handful of pics, and she totally understood. She asked questions and explained what invisible layers are—I love when stylists share their knowledge. Nice conversation but let me be quiet too. Will be going back!

I have never written a negative review on Yelp before, but my experience warranted a response... I got my hair cut for the first time ever at The Establishment, and then left the salon for a color appointment across town (I wasn't able to be seen for a cut and color on the same day at the same place). When I arrived to my second hair appointment, I noticed my hair was uneven, so the stylist at the second location straightened my hair only to find how uneven and completely botched the original hair cut was. Thankfully he agreed to fix it. I have never had such an egregiously bad hair cut in my life. It was completely uneven and several chunks of hair were missed. I called the Establishment for a refund and they refused because "I didn't let them fix the hair cut". I don't know who in their
