Waited 1 hour for appt to start by the squeeze friends in. Keep deposit even tho I was getting same service and asked for a new deposit. Not professional with answering questions that new clients have about hair like they expect you to know. Lost me as a client, I was excited and prepared to be a longterm customer 😒
The ladies are very loving and they truly take care of their customers. Shout out to Val, Little bit R, ( Hair Stylist) and Loni. (Makeup Artist) . Truly Amazing!!!!!!
