I've had an excellent experience at this co-working space. The sign-up process was smooth and easy, with minimal hassle. The office manager deserves special mention—she’s incredibly welcoming and has made my time here fantastic. The space is always spotless, and the furniture is high-quality, with external monitors available for easy plug-and-play use. The design is thoughtful and creates a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step in. A major plus is the parking space—while it's not covered, there's plenty of shade. The location is perfect, with everything conveniently close by. Highly recommend!

The best environment for work! It has a comfortable, homey feel with plenty of natural light and tons of snacks and refreshments. Roxana, the office manager, is super friendly and helpful. No shortage of lunch options in the area.

The Div Project is single-handedly the best co-working space in Miami! The space is so well maintained and the amenities offered to members are wonderful. So far so good! The office manager is super nice and helpful. It’s a small, comfortable cowork space with all the amenities you need. Private parking makes it extra convenient. And close by to plenty of food options. Would recommend 👍🏼

Great place to work! The facilities, both the office space and the conference room, are excellent. They offer a clean work environment. The staff is also very friendly. Highly recommended.
