I made several calls to shops in the Davison and lapeer areas essentially conducting interviews on the shops ability and experience in providing haircuts for my son with special needs. After several calls I felt most comfortable with the dapper and was recommended to work with Tom and I could not be happier. Tom is so patient, so kind, and allows my son the time he needs to adjust once in the chair. Not only does Tom have extreme patience and such a calm demeanor with my son but we always leave so happy with the cuts he gives! We even had an incident where my son got sick during the haircut, I was mortified and seconds from tears but Tom hopped into action, helped to clean up and comfort my kiddo while never passing judgment or adding to my embarrassment AND still finished the cut! Great environment and staff barbers are all high level professionals my hair is difficult to cut but Eric flawlessly gave me exactly what I wanted High Skin drop fade with longer slick back. Best Barber Shop in the area took me over 10 years but I got my barber. 5 stars

I got a haircut here for my first time. Eric was super chill and despite me not knowing about the cash only policy, he was cool about me leaving to go to an ATM. This place definitely has a barber shop vibe, everyone is talking to each other and joking around. Fun place to get right. I've been to other shops like Rochester Barber Co. but I'd recommend this spot over that.

I suggest making an appointment. I think I went on one of their busiest days as a walk in. I waited about 45 min and was fortunate there was a no show appointment. Chris cut my 6months of growth and I was able to rejoin society!

Guys treat me like their own. Been going here since they opened and they haven’t switched up a bit. Benito always gets you right. 100% recommend to anyone looking for a place to get a quality haircut
