Gao is the best in the area! I’ve been getting my hair cut by her for a while now, and I can honestly say she’s the best in the business. She’s incredibly skilled, detail-oriented, and takes the time to make sure every cut is exactly what you want. You never feel rushed—she listens, offers great suggestions, and consistently delivers a result that looks sharp and feels fresh. On top of her talent, she has a warm, welcoming personality that makes the whole experience enjoyable. The shop is always clean, organized, and comfortable, and you can tell she takes real pride in her work and her clients. Got a wonderful haircut from Brooke. I never have to worry what I will look like for the weekend when she cuts my hair, I always know it’ll be great. This time was no different! Always quick and great service, easy to book appointments and never have to wait when doing so. Atmosphere is great and staff is even better, they always have smiles and kind conversations to match. Brooke takes extra care and remembers exactly how I like my hair cut, for how popular this place is that is a great show of customer care. Anyone in the world can do customer service, it takes special skills to present a great customer experience. Brooke, and the entire rest of the crew, clearly care enough to provide customer experience that is unmatched in the area.

I had gotten Brooke and she seems like a nice lady but her way to measure must be super off. I came in with longer hair and wanted to get a #1 fade and about 1-1.5 inches left on top. I told her to start at 1.5 inches and we can go from there. She left over 3 inches on top the first time. I asked to go half that length and she only trimmed maybe a quarter inch. I asked to go shorter, I had mentioned in the start I didn't want my hair on my forehead. She ended up leaving it at 2.5 inches after I asked for a third time to go shorter. She immediately started on my beard and I asked for a trim on that and to have it faded to go with my head hair. It was pretty scraggly to start. She had barely trimmed anything (did a pretty good job on my mustache) and didn't seem to fade the side very much at

I have not had a professional haircut or beard trim in probably five years. Usually a do-it yourself haircut guy. My wife takes my son here to get his haircut every two months or so with Gao. They both insisted I take an appointment with her today to get a haircut and beard trim. It was easy to make the appointment, and make the selection for services I wanted. Gao is friendly, personable, and just awesome! She did a fantastic job with my hair and even better with my beard trim and cleanup. 10/10 stars for her if I could give it. Will be back again! Brooke is absolutely amazing!! She’s always very kind during my services and asks questions to make sure she is able to do what I want to my hair. I have never once had a negative experience with her and I always love how my hair turns out! I would reccomend her to anyone!
