James is a master of his craft. I’ve always struggled to find barbers who can cut my hair texture well. James confidently combined scissors, razor, and comb to cut my hair exactly like I wanted, and better than any barber I’ve been to in NY so far. He was responsive and friendly and easy to schedule an appointment with. I’ll be back every time I need a cut!

Saw James today in an attempt to find a barber closer to home after moving to the area. Have to say, I am very happy with the results. Great service and very clean barber shop.

I am new to the neighborhood and needed a haircut. I looked on Google and found J Will. Compared to other shops, I really liked how all the reviews were 5 stars and discussed cleanliness, professionalism, and punctuality. I also liked that appointments were offered. Once I got to James I quickly found that all the reviews were correct. The shop is beautiful and clean. I made my appointment for 3, got there at 2:55, and James was waiting and ready to cut. James was super chill, easy going, extremely professional, and listened to everything I wanted from my haircut. We discussed everything like how some barbers mess up little things with my haircut and he paid attention. J Will is the real deal. Cuts are awesome and he’s a great dude, I’m really happy I found J Will since his haircuts (especially fades) are the best I’ve gotten. Also, he’s really willing to make changes to length, etc if you aren’t satisfied which is appreciated. I won’t be going anywhere else for a haircut!
