Ricky is the man! He takes his time and never rushes, making sure you leave looking fresh every visit. The shop is clean, welcoming, and everyone is super friendly. After years of bouncing between barbers, I finally found my shop for good!

The Best Barber Shop Around! The Cut Room in Thornwood is hands down the best barbershop I've been to. Ricky is the man—an absolute pro who truly takes his time and makes sure you're 100% satisfied before you leave the chair. You can tell he takes pride in every cut, and it shows in the results. The shop has a great vibe, it's always clean, and you feel welcomed the minute you walk in. If you're looking for a consistent, high-quality haircut from someone who genuinely cares about their craft, Ricky at The Cut Room is the one to see. Highly recommend this place—you won't be disappointed!

Cesar is the Man! I had my first cut with him today and am so happy I found a true professional who did exactly/better than what I asked for. The shop is spotless and a great environment, highly recommended!

The space is modern with a high ceiling giving it an airy feel. Ricky and Cesar are decent barbers. The problem is with their timing. I was a regular customer for approximately 1 year. They were consistently late on ALL of my appointments. BE ADVISED. They overbook, try to squeeze in walk-ins and are late for their scheduled appointments as a result. My last visit, in an attempt to avoid waiting again, I booked Cesar's very first appointment of the day(830am). He arrived 25 minutes late to work, so I walked out. Not sure how Ricky tolerates this as it is very irresponsible and bad for business. My patience has run out and subsequently will not return. Beware!

The Cut Room is amazing- Winston gave me the best haircut I have had in my 43 years on earth, no lie. He and Ricky are awesome and the shop has a clean laid back vibe- Very welcoming. I look forward to coming back. Be sure to check them out, I can assure you that you will love it.
