Joanne and her team are amazing! I have been going to Joanne for over 8 years and have never been disappointed. My UV gel manicures are always the best and have, by far, been the best application I have ever had. My nails can go at least 3-4 weeks which has never been the case prior to me going to Joanne. Joanne is also so creative at designs and is willing to try something new, which makes it so much fun to get my nails done. Joanne and her team are always welcoming, upfront about costs, and always go the extra mile to make every single customer happy and comfortable. My nail appointment days are always my favorite days!

this place has been my go to since i found them early last year!!! they are beyond, beyond beyond beyond amazing. from start to finish their service is always superb. it is a friendly, comfortable & clean environment to relax in. Everything about this place is perfect, truly. I’ve tried several nail salons, several, but this place is basically perfect across the line. So clean. Everything is organized, everything is well kept, all their tools are clean & you see them disinfect after they use a tool on you. They NEVER have hurt my skin even a touch. They are so gentle & create absolutely perfect results every time. they are quick yet so efficient. After my amazing manicurist trained in the Russian style of manicure moved to Florida, I've struggled to find anyone even comparable to her. The nail salons in Putnam County where I live are so sub par when it comes to hard UV gel manicures. Spring flowers had great reviews so I decided to travel to Thornwood and give them a try. So glad I did! Joanne is the sweetest owner and did an amazing job on my UV hard gel manicure. She took her time and really went out of of her way. I'm so pleased with how my nails came out. Small, super clean and personalized service! Definitely try out this small business!
