The Cut & Color Room

My first experience at the salon was pretty decent. We were doing natural lightning of my hair to let mine silver begin to grow out. Ashley had difficulty even if that first appointment cutting the right side of my inverted bob. It wasn't too bad, but she couldn't seem to get the angle to match the other side fast forward to my appointment last week. Basically I have a full disconnection on my right side and my left side looks great. It looks like a dog chewed on the back of my head and my hair is going to have to grow 2 inches to match the length so that I can get the full. Inverted bob back. Went here back in the late summer, but hadn't had the time to post the review until now due to being busy. I went to Cut & Color room, needing to touch up my, then dyed bleached blonde hair, and a cut. Turns out, the stylist I had was a young stylist, which is fine, but ended up ruining my hair, causing damage to the hair, after getting it checked out by a stylist back home. I went back to explain what she did, and she denied causing any damage to my hair. I had her dye my hair to jet black (which I didn't want at all, but at the time it was the only option to either shaving me bald). I knew there was something up when that stylists mother, and other stylists kept going in to assist my stylist with the hair transformation, maybe due to my stylist's lack of skill to be able to make it loo

Ashlee is AMAZING!! She has been doing my hair for awhile now and I highly recommend her!!! I always walk out feeling like, damn, I love my hair!! The salon is pleasant and always fresh and clean!

I had been there a couple weeks ago and just got around time to make a review but will NOT be going back here. I stated I wanted my hair black with no other color in it and they made it blue plus it was splotchy and there was still Grey in it. I had it colored black already so all they had to do was dye the roots the same color. I had to have my sister re-dye my hair since it was half blue and half black with splotches and Grey still in it. Definitely won't be back.

First I’ll speak on the salon itself. It is very clean, welcoming and the whole staff is very professional and nice! Second I’ll speak on my stylist, Ashlee. I’ve been going to Ashlee for awhile now and I will not let anyone else touch my hair from now on other than her. From the beginning shes been very professional and there has been ZERO surprises with her which I believe is key with hair color. She’s been very upfront with me since day 1 on my hair journey to get as light as I wanted while still maintaining the health of hair.
