The Crochet Queen

I wanted to share my experience with this stylist. I've visited her a few times for crochets, and unfortunately, the quality has been inconsistent. The first one was okay, but subsequent ones haven't looked good. What's been particularly disappointing is that she doesn't style my hair after the service, despite charging promptly. I also didn't feel particularly welcomed to her business. For me, a stylist not styling your hair is a big red flag. I was surprised, given her claims, as I've seen students do similar work that looks better and includes styling. Just wanted to share my experience. I will not be scheduling with her anymore.

Super impressed with Jamila's braiding skills. I was a bit nervous to get cornrows because my hair is very fine, but she worked with it and the result is amazing. She is also very easy to talk to and her salon is relaxing and chic. Highly recommend if looking for a stylist.

She's the best natural hair stylist in Winston Salem, IMO. She's extremely knowledgeable and well versed on all manners of natural hair care. I see her monthly for a new cornrows style! Give her a call! You won't be disappointed!

Today was my first visit at The Crochet Queen. The atmosphere was very calming and relaxing. My stylist was Jamila Seymour; she was friendly and very professional. Her salon was very neat, clean and well organized. Her salon also has an A rating! I was very pleased with her services and will definitely be returning. I highly recommend the Crochet Queen!
