The Cosmetics Company Store

customer service at this store was awful. The store clerk was very rude and she had no patience for me to shop and buy what I wanted. I end up leaving there with two items which was fine, but I probably will never shop at that store again. She actually asked me when I had to ask her to open up each drawer for a lipstick. She asked me after the second time if I was done shopping, which was extremely rude. Should I ever go back to the outlet mall and make a stop at this store, I hope that someone else is working there who is more Patient with her customer

Loved eveything about the place. There's very affordable makeup and skincare for a fraction of the price—very little wait time in line and friendly associate.

One of the sales associates gave us a wrong item in a wrapped box and refused to let us return or exchange when we found out. They forced us to spend money on something we didn't want to and kept pointing out that we should have seen from the receipt that all sales are final. I found out when I got home so I went back the next day. But I saw another comment in the same situation saying they went back the same day and got the same answer. A good, respectable business would have been honest to their customers, and verbally informed them before they made a purchase. How can customers know that it cannot be returned before we see the receipt if they don't tell us up front? We only get the receipt after they made a sale and by that time it'll be too late to attempt to correct THEIR mistakes. T

Beware buying from here. We asked an associate (Makayla) for assistance in finding lipstick that we could not find on the shelf. She handed us a box, assured us that it was the lipstick we wanted and told us if we opened the box to check we must buy it. No warning about Final Sale. Turns out it was the wrong lipstick, so we returned to the store to exchange or return. We were told immediately by another associate (Grace) that all items are final sale and no returns were allowed. When provided the explanation above Grace became argumentative and rude, telling us it's only lipstick and "not a big deal" and "just bring it home". Be very careful buying from this store. It's worth the higher price at other stores nearby.

Never got the chance to visit. Drove 1.5hours out from Brooklyn to try and visit the store. Google states store opens at 11AM; arrived at 11:30AM and doors were locked, with someone cleaning inside gesturing the store was closed. What are overnight/store close time for if not to clean? I started walking away and saw a lady strolling in with four cups of Starbucks. Okay fine, they should’ve cleaned, but will be opened soon. So I continued on shopping in the plaza and returned around 12:30PM. Store is still locked, I peeked in the store and the employees are all hiding in the back room talking. So now I walk to my car and called, they said they’re finally setting up their cash boxes, should be opened by 12:45PM. So as I waited in the car, I think I noticed one of the employees trying to snap
