I want to give a special thank you to Claudia for her outstanding customer service. I came in for the promotion and I absolutely love the products I purchased. She was very friendly, attentive, and took the time to understand what I was looking for. Her recommendations were excellent and helped me choose the perfect items. Her kindness and professionalism truly stood out and made my experience in the store a great one. Highly recommend!

The Cosmetic Company has amazing deals — that’s definitely worth highlighting. However, the customer service is not great. Most of the time, you have to help yourself, and the staff mainly remind you (many times) that you can only buy up to five of each product and spend no more than $1,000. They won’t make any exceptions. That said, I want to recognize the excellent service I received at the Dolphin Mall location. A girl named *Lynn* was very kind, helpful, and patient. She assisted me with an exchange and recommended a wonderful fragrance. She truly made the difference.

I’m not sure if this was intentional or not, but the Sephora Fall Exclusive Bundle is supposed to include a lotion and a 15ml La Mer Crème. However, the display showed the lotion removed, and I was charged $130 just for the 15ml La Mer Crème, which normally retails for only $100. I asked the store to remove the item since they were charging the full bundle price without providing the full bundle. Please double-check that the items and prices actually match what’s advertised. The staff was polite and offered me a refund, and I understand this was not their personal fault. I just hope this isn’t something being done intentionally.

I found more than what I wanted. I went for one perfume but even found my mothers long retired hard to find fragrance. I'm part of the corporation so for me to recommend something is very odd even if I work for. Specially because I'm not getting paid to leave reviews. However I love my purchase every time all the time.
