The Cosmetics Company Store

This outlet had a few stores close over the years but I am happy to see that my favorite makeup store is still open for business. Always find deals in here. They have been out of my favorite Estée Lauder face cream, otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Honestly, this place has better customer service than Sephora or Ulta. I apologize for not catching her name (long day!), but the associate who helped me out this afternoon was awesome. While I only had the partial name of the lip product I was looking for, she was able to accurately guess what it was. Unfortunately, because it's a newer product, they didn't have it in stock but she guided me to similar-ish products that were exactly what I was looking for.

The workers are extremely rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional, one worker was very erratic and yelling profanity at cars going by for not stopping at the crosswalks when the people at the crosswalks were clearly behind a bush and not in view for the people driving by. Overall not a very pleasant environment and extremely rude and unfriendly workers.

Has been closed for lunch the last 2 times we came. They were supposed to be back by 5pm but they did not. Wed. afternoon.

Marlissa was extremely knowledgeable about every product customers asked about. She was kind, courteous and efficient. Her conversation and explanation of a product to another customer caused me to buy it also! I was there for perfume only but left with both!
