I had such a GREAT experience with Nicole. I had been dealing with lower back and hip discomfort. Tried chiropractor, stretching and PT - not much help. After ONLY one session, woke up this am with NO hip or back discomfort. Was able to walk 3.5 miles with ABSOLUTELY NO hip pain. Cannot say enough....thank you Nicole!!! You are the best.

I was having some lower back discomfort. I reached out to Nikki for an appointment and she was very accommodating. She listened to me to understand why I might be having the discomfort. She is very knowledgeable about myofascial and the inner muscles. After, she taped my back with Rock Tape to help with the work she just did. It was a great experience and I'll be a returning client. I strongly recommend scheduling time with Nikki to help with your body aches and pains.

I’ve had Nikki work on me here and there over the last ten years, and in the two I have become an every five week client. Her knowledge exceeds any basic massage, and is a great way to keep your body feeling great. Being a hairdresser my work takes quite a toll on my body. I have seen major improvement with seeing her for bodywork regularly. Honestly, I see our appointments as a life necessity. I highly recommend!

I had a great first session with Nikki yesterday, and feel better than ever. She targeted my hip tightness and pain, that my regular chiropractic work doesn't touch deep enough. My plantar fasciitis pain that I've struggled with for over a year now has been significantly minimized. I need to make Nikki part of my regular preventative maintenance routine!

Nikki is very professional, attentive and just all around wonderful! I had a crippling lower back injury and she has made such a positive impact in only 2 hour long visits. She uses very creative technique and really knows how to target the problem areas. She makes sure to check in on me after each visit as well.
