The Cosmetics Company Store

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this cosmetic company store, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. Right from the start, I was impressed by how impeccably clean and well-organized the store was. It made browsing the products a total breeze, and I didn't feel overwhelmed at all. What really made the visit exceptional, though, was the outstanding service I received from Brenda. She was incredibly knowledgeable about all the products, and she took the time to really understand what I was looking for. Brenda offered personalized recommendations and helped me find the perfect items to suit my needs. I had a disastrous experience at this store on July 4th. From the moment I walked in, I was ignored and couldn't get any help. Meanwhile, another customer who arrived after me was immediately assisted. When I finally got attention, it was only at the checkout, and I ended up with the wrong foundation due to the lack of guidance. When I tried to exchange it for the correct shade, the retail store manager was unhelpful and inflexible, citing the outlet store policy. She showed no regard for my situation, despite my unawareness of the policy. Her suggestion was to gift the $75 foundation or simply take something else without a refund. The whole experience was appalling and felt like stepping into a time warp. As a native New Yorker, I would advise others to avoid this store at all costs.

Very very very bad attitude. Their employees act like I own them some money. Make sure to check your receipts, they scan something I didn’t purchased. The refund takes all day long, they said that they are too “busy” to process my refund. Although the parking lot is empty, and only 1 customer in their store. Cosmetics company store is a good brand, although their product is cheap enough, I think their product will get cheaper if they can fire some useless people.

I've never had such a bad experience at a cosmetic store before! I have been to many cosmetic stores and never was treated so badly! My mom opened one of the drawers looking for a foundation because she saw other people doing it and thought it was okay and she never goes to those stores so she didn't know and the lady with dark hair and lip piercing stormed over and asked in the rudest way if we can be helped and walking in between us and slammed the drawer with the worst attitude and then the other women working there were all staring at us with attitude. Not to mention the place is so dirty and half the samples out in the store aren't even items in stock or being sold. I do not recommend going to this place ever the workers treat the customers like garbage!
