I moved to Jackson about 6 years ago and was originally getting a haircut in millstone. I had passed by this barbershop and thought it looked basic on the outside and kept driving farther to millstone. Boy was that a mistake. Zeky & Jalaal are phenomenal barbers and FAR FROM BASIC . I always get a high and tight skin fade and both of them always ace my fade. From the first time I went there I have become a regular and don’t even consider going anywhere else. Conversation is always 10/10. Customer service 10/10. Haircut 10/10. Overall 10/10 experience all around. My daughter even enjoys coming with me because Zeky makes everyone feel like family. If you’re considering going here use this review as a reason to give it a try ! You ain’t regret it and will leave feeling fresh and crisp. 😃

Zeky and Jay are awesome. They are both incredibly skilled at cutting hair, and I have been coming here for years since moving to Jackson. The vibes are great, and I always have a great experience here.

They cut my hair just the way I want it. I’ve tried a bunch of different places in the area and they haven’t worked out. Very happy with this place.

BEST BARBER I KNOW! Zeky is the man. I wouldn’t wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my hair cut. My usual cut is a skin fade. Go here if you wanna get a cut exactly the way you want it. Not only do they listen to exactly what you want but charge a great price AND it’s amazing conversation along the way. I always feel better after leaving then when I came in. 10/10 Barber shop. 10/10 barbers. Don’t even think twice, call and set up an appointment and you’ll see what I’m talking about!

I have been seeing Zeky at House of Shaves for about a year now and love coming in. He and Brandon are a pleasure to talk to anytime I come in and are very accommodating if I am ever running late. Zeky does a phenomenal job cutting my hair and I'd recommend him to anyone in the area. I feel great every time I walk out of the shop!
