I lost my long-term hairstylist to retirement a couple of years ago. (Happy for her, so sad for me). I went to 3 or 4 places in the Stevensville/St. Joseph area and, although pretty competent, wasn't thrilled with ANY. Then I found Jill at the Color Palette. She is the best! She listens and does exactly what I ask. She's knowledgeable, professional, fast and has the sweetest disposition. I strongly recommend her services. 😊

asked for a nice bright copper and left with almost black hair. she made a massive mistake and when i came to ask for a refund i was told that she doesn’t do them and i had to argue to get at least 50% back for a mistake she made. there’s a line between hair just taking a color really dark and leaving literal stripes on someone’s head.

Emily is the OG she will wreck you up RIGHT!! I NEVER let ANYONE else do my hair but her, 1000/1000 recommend

I don't care what a client may or may not do but this is beyond unprofessional and disgusting on how you treat your clients. You should be completely ashamed of yourself telling someone you feel sorry for them. This client you sent these messages to is my mother who is severely sick and dieing and who also has brain trauma. You should of took it as a loss and not respond back

This salon was wonderful , kind and accommodating. I am getting married this weekend and due to having bleached hair I can’t use well water. Upon finding out our air bnb had well water we called around desperately trying to find a place to wash my hair before my wedding. The Color Pallet squeezed me in and made me feel amazing! Thank you so much for helping calm a very stressed out bride.
