I cannot say enough wonderful things about this salon. I was lucky enough to squeeze into a cancellation slot by chance right before Thanksgiving. Jessica was so knowledgeable and friendly. I have curly hair that can be unmanageable at times. Jessica came through with a beautiful fresh cut and styling. She educated me on how to care for and style my curls in a way that is realistic for me. The receptionist was very kind and helpful, the salon was beautiful and comfortable. I have certainly found my new favorite salon in SW Michigan. 10/10 would recommend!

I had never been to an official salon before so i wasn't sure WHAT to expect... but this salon was awesome! Kirsten cut my hair and was so receptive to what I wanted, and answered any questions I had! Loved the atmosphere, decor, & everyone was so friendly. I will definitely be a return customer, as will my fiancé (who I made an appt after my experience here!). I'm suggesting Kendall Lucille Hair Co to my friends for sure!

I used Kendall Lucille’s services for my wedding this past June. I was an out of town bride and didn’t want to pay other hair companies to travel, so it was great choosing this salon. They did an amazing job and were so accommodating to what the girls wanted their hair to look like. The team was very friendly and worked ahead of schedule. Sophie was wonderful to work with in making plans and communicating with leading up to the day. Use their services, you won’t be disappointed ☺️

I knew what I didn't want and had an idea of what I did want. They kindly accommodated my need for a change in schedule (the style I wanted needed more time). We discussed what I liked and was looking for. I left with a hairstyle that I absolutely love! You can tell that the stylists at Kendall Lucille Hair love being a hairstylist. They treat you like a guest.

What a hidden gem, I had my first visit today and it was a great experience. Delightful receptionist. My stylist was a good listener and gave me what I asked for. Loved the products they used and purchased some smaller sizes to use at home. Only one negative and not really a negative, I wish I would have had her cut the back of my hair a little shorter, I will call them tomorrow to see if they can't shorten it up just a tad.
