She is direct, transparent, and incredibly thoughtful. She listens closely, values my input, and offers honest guidance without ever pushing her own agenda. I always feel supported and informed. Caitlin is honestly such a blessing! When I came to her my hair was in desperate need of recovery. I had been cycling through a few different stylists and wasn't finding the right balance. My hair is naturally very dark and yet I've been going very blonde for almost my entire adult life. This has led to major breakage and discoloration. I’ve been seeing Caitlyn at The Collective for about six months now and I honestly can’t recommend her enough. I started with extensions then came back regularly for move ups and every appointment has been flawless.
