had such a wonderful experience with Nol at The Clip Shop! I originally went in just for a haircut and to talk about grey blending, and I left with both — and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My hair was significantly long, but Nol really took the time to listen to what I wanted. He offered thoughtful suggestions that matched my style and personal preferences rather than pushing something trendy that wouldn’t fit me. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel completely at home. I was offered coffee, tea, or water, and the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed. Nol was a great conversationalist, which made the whole appointment enjoyable. As a customer of Clip Shop since a teenager in the 80s, I made a cut/color appointment with Jess and left more than happy with the results. Initially, I was concerned when she told me she was 21 but had been employed there for 2 years already. Well, Miss Jess did a phenomenal job. Great personality, very accommodating, professional, and mature. She will be my new stylist as long as I reside in Berkshire County. Clip Shop has always been the best salon in Berkshire County. Rose in Pittsfield is also amazing. Recommend 1000%

Just wanted to share my great experience at The Clip Shop this past weekend. I needed my hair done for my wedding at Mass MOCA and Bella did an absolutely perfect job. (Cheyanne and Jess also did makeup and hair for my mom and sister in law - and they looked beautiful and were very happy too). Bella was great - she and I both have curly hair so she understood what would work and what wouldn't and came up with a half up, half down style that worked perfectly with my dress - and stayed looking great all night, including through hours of dancing! Highly recommend. I will post pictures soon!

I enjoy going to the clip shop for services, especially combining a haircut or blowout with the facial on the go. This is a wonderful way to take care of my skin and hair, same appointment. The atmosphere is friendly and comfortable and Jessica is the best!

Unfortunately my experience was horrible. The hairstylist was, in my opinion, not very good. I told her what I wanted and she didn't even get close. I had to point out the uneven cuts on the sides. The shampoo took longer than the cut. After leaving, I had to go back to have her fix it and even after that, I am not happy with the cut. For the amount they charge you would think they could get it right. I will definitely not be back. It used to be the best place for a cut and they had an excellent reputation but that was many years ago. I should have suspected something when I got a next day appt. Usually the better hairstylists are booked out. It is ashame clip shop is hiring inexperienced hairstylists. The next day I did receive a call from the General Manager and she was sorry that
