I had a great first experience at InTouch Massage & Day Spa! We enjoyed the hot tub by the river which was delightful. The space was very clean and well decorated. The staff was able to do three massages at the same time and they were very professional! I would definitely recommend and I look forward to my next message here!!
We came to Western Mass for a quiet girls getaway. Massages were a must on the agenda. When we came across Intouch we were sold on the view and the private hot tub option. It was even more beautiful than the pictures! The location was calm, spacious, and clean. The staff were lovely!

This cozy spa was just what we needed. The massages were relaxing and the facials smoothing. The staff was friendly and super accommodating!
